Guest Services
Our Guest Services are here to make your visit enjoyable. The Guest Services Desk, located near EB Games, is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 4.00pm.
Please be aware the desk is not open on Sundays, Public Holidays or during late night trading.
Your safety is important to us and we proudly provide security, which can be contacted by phoning 0426 667 377.
Parking
Car parking is located off Albany Highway in Victoria Park. We are pleased to offer complimentary car parking for up to 4 hours. Our car park is monitored by Secure Parking.

Parks/Family Friendly
We encourage guests to spend time at our Centres.
Please enjoy John Macmillan Park which is located on Sussex Street and features a playground and basketball court.
First Aid
In the event of a medical emergency, a defibrillator is located near Commonwealth Bank and a First aid kit is located at the Guest Services Desk.
Parents Room
We welcome families to Hawaiian Park Centre and for your convenience we are pleased to offer a clean and safe Parents’ Room. Located near Coles, the complimentary facilities are equipped with a baby change table. We encourage families to use the facilities to care for young children and babies.
Mobility Services
Hawaiian’s Park Centre offers complimentary wheelchair and mobility scooter loans for customers requiring mobility assistance whilst they are shopping. For all mobility services enquiries, including advance bookings, please visit our Guest Services Desk located near EB Games or phone 9426 8891.
Mobility scooters are welcome in the Centre. We kindly ask guests using mobility scooters to operate them in a safe manner. They are not to be driven or used at a pace faster than walking pace.
Taxi Rank
The Taxi Rank at Hawaiian’s Park Centre is located across from the Australia Post PO boxes.
Post Box
An Australia Post Office Box is located at Australia Post, at the front of the Centre on Albany Highway.
Pet Friendly
We understand dogs are part of the family.
We offer dog lead mounts and water bowls which are regularly replenished at every entry door.
Service dogs are welcome in the Centre.
Lost & Found
Lost and Found is located at the Guest Services Desk. Coles and Kmart also offer a Lost and Found service.
