Brewed Coffee House | Potato Salad Recipe


Brewed’s potato salad is one of the tastiest in town... a perfect accompaniment to a summer BBQ!


  • 10 Potatoes (medium sized, diced into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 ½ cups, Whole Egg Mayonnaise
  • 1tsp Fresh Garlic, crushed
  • 3 Eggs (hard boiled, then quartered)
  • 1 Rasher Bacon (diced into small pieces)
  • 4 Sprigs of Fresh Dill (chopped)
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Boil potatoes until soft, set aside to cool.
  • Fry bacon until crispy, set aside to cool.
  • Combine mayonnaise, crushed garlic, ¾ of the chopped dill, salt and pepper (to taste).
  • Combine potatoes and mayonnaise mix and place into a serving bowl.
  • Arrange boiled eggs on top of the potato mixture, sprinkle with remaining dill and crispy bacon bits.
