Upgrades to Forrestfield Forum & Marketplace

We're building a connection at Forrestfield

We have some exciting changes in store at Forrestfield Forum & Marketplace!

At Hawaiian we want to evolve the role our shopping centres play in the community. We want our place to become an extension of your lifestyle and form part of a greater community hub.

To achieve this, we are commencing works early September to pedestrianise the internal road between the Forum and Marketplace. This will enable us to create a space for our shoppers and community to stop & engage; better connecting the two buildings and the community.

With the new configuration comes a playground area, alfresco dining with a broader casual dining offer, as well as landscaping to complement the local surrounds. The first new food tenant will be Big T's American Diner, which is scheduled to open by the end of the year.

Upon completion, the centre will be re-branded as Hawaiian’s Forrestfield, following suit of other neighbourhood centres owned and managed by Hawaiian.

While there may be very minor interruptions over the next couple of months, everything will remain trading as normal so you can continue shopping and watching as we change in front of your eyes.

How will the changes affect you?

We may be making changes but that doesn’t mean you will have to!

All car park entrances to the centre will remain open throughout the works, with vehicles able access all other carpark sections via the perimeter of the property. The areas highlighted in green will remain open for parking. There may be some minor changes to traffic flow, however we will have someone there to assist.

The blue areas mark the pedestrian access around to the perimeter of the works (highlighted in red). While all entry facades will be getting a new look, they will remain open to shoppers throughout the works.
